Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition
Composition freeze-dried bilberry, vitamin-mineral premix (vitamin A, E, C, B1, B2, B6, beta-carotene, zinc, selenium, rutin), sorbitol, gum arabic, maltitol, lactose, mannitol.
Content of biologically active substances per 1 tablet: vitamin A – 0.05 mg, E – 1.2 mg, C – 11 mg, beta-carotene – 0.4 mg± 5%, vitamin B1 – 0.144 mg, B2 – 0.176 mg, B6 – 0.137 mg, zinc – 0.6 mg, selenium – 0.003 mg, sum of anthocyanins calculated as cyanidin 3.5 mg, diglycoside – not less than 3 mg, rutin – not less than 1.5 mg.

Tablets 0.45 g. 10 tablets in a blister, 3, 4, or 6 blisters in a cardboard pack.

Dosage Regimen

Administer orally with meals to improve absorption and minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.
For adults, take one tablet three to four times daily. For children over four years of age, administer one tablet three times daily.
Continue the course of intake for three to four weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This is not a medicine.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are uncommon and typically mild, primarily associated with individual sensitivity to the product’s components.
Reported effects may include allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, or urticaria. Gastrointestinal disturbances like nausea or dyspepsia are possible.

Drug Interactions

The vitamin A and beta-carotene content may theoretically interact with other retinoid preparations, potentially increasing the risk of hypervitaminosis A.
Consult a healthcare provider before concurrent use with prescription medications, especially fat-soluble vitamin supplements or mineral supplements containing zinc or selenium, to avoid excessive cumulative intake.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity or known individual intolerance to any component of the product, including bilberry extract, vitamins, minerals, or excipients like lactose.
- Use is contraindicated during pregnancy due to the vitamin A content and lack of safety data.
- Use is contraindicated during breastfeeding.
- Not intended for use in children under four years of age.
Overdose
Symptoms of overdose would be consistent with hypervitaminosis, particularly of vitamin A, and may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, and blurred vision.
Chronic excessive intake of zinc can lead to copper deficiency. Selenium toxicity may cause garlic breath odor, gastrointestinal upset, and neurological abnormalities.
In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
