A combined preparation, the action of which is due to the effects of the vitamins and minerals included in its composition, which are important factors in metabolic processes.

Indications

Used for the prevention and treatment of hypo- and avitaminosis and mineral deficiency in

  • Inadequate and unbalanced nutrition;
  • During the recovery period after illnesses;
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • Excessive physical and mental stress, intensive sports activities.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally after meals to minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

For adults and children over 12 years of age, the standard dosage is one tablet once daily.

Under conditions of increased nutritional demand, the dosage may be increased to two tablets per day.

Such conditions include pregnancy, lactation, intense physical exertion, and the recovery period following illness.

Adhere strictly to the recommended daily intake; do not exceed the maximum dose of two tablets.

The standard course of therapy is three to four weeks.

Subsequent courses of treatment require prior consultation with a physician.

For long-term use beyond the initial course, seek medical supervision to monitor for potential vitamin accumulation.

Concurrent use with other vitamin-mineral complexes is not recommended due to the risk of hypervitaminosis, particularly of vitamins A and D.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions to the components of the drug are possible.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
  • It is not recommended to use for a long time with other medicines containing these vitamins, as accumulation and, in connection with this, overdose of vitamins A, D is possible.

Store in a cold, dry place, protected from light.

Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf Life

Shelf life — 2 years from the date of manufacture.

Do not use after the date stated on the packaging.
