Pharmacological Action

A homeopathic drug, the action of which is determined by the components included in its composition.

Indications

  • External hemorrhoids (uncomplicated forms).

Apply only for the symptomatic relief of mild, uncomplicated cases. Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

This product is not intended to treat severe or complicated hemorrhoidal disease requiring medical or surgical intervention.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily and after each bowel movement.

Ensure thorough hygiene and drying of the perianal area prior to each application. The standard treatment course is 7 to 10 days.

Restrict use to adults and children over 12 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended frequency or duration of application.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for localized allergic reactions, including skin rash, itching, redness, or burning sensation at the application site.

Discontinue use immediately if any signs of hypersensitivity appear. The frequency of these reactions is not known.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to Paeonia officinalis or any of the ointment’s excipients.
