Indications

Administer for the following conditions based on key prescribing symptoms: inflammation with fever, high fever with rapid rise and fall in temperature, and clammy, cold sweat.

Use in main clinical applications for infectious diseases, including acute inflammatory pyogenic conditions with a tendency to suppuration such as otitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, abscesses, boils, carbuncles, folliculitis, eczema, infected lesions and wounds, and dental infections (excluding infective endocarditis prophylaxis).

Prescribe primarily when there is no worsening of general condition; expect rapid regression of inflammation within 24-48 hours; initiate antibiotic therapy if this does not occur.

  • Also use for acute and chronic infectious conditions including chronic suppurations (sinusitis, otitis, fistulas) and chronic infectious diseases accompanied by fever that are resistant to anti-infective therapy.

Administer sublingually. Dissolve granules in the mouth 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.
