Homeopathic ointment for external use is homogeneous, ranging from light yellow to light brown in color, with a faint characteristic odor.

Excipients: petrolatum up to 100 g.

Pharmacological Action

A single-component homeopathic medicine, the action of which is due to the active ingredient included in its composition.

Indications

• Tendon sprains for symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Lumbosacral radiculitis to address pain and discomfort stemming from nerve root irritation in the lower back.
• Neuralgia for the management of pain along the course of a nerve, including intercostal and other peripheral nerve pain.

Dosage Regimen

Apply the ointment externally in a thin layer to the affected and painful areas of the skin.

Use the preparation up to 3-4 times per day. The standard treatment duration is 1 to 2 weeks.

Do not apply to mucous membranes or open wounds. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions are possible, including localized skin manifestations such as itching, redness, rash, or urticaria at the application site.

Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if any signs of hypersensitivity or adverse skin reactions occur.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to Rhus toxicodendron, other components of the ointment, or plants from the Anacardiaceae family.
• Application to damaged skin, including open wounds, severe burns, or eczematous lesions.
• Children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to the absence of sufficient clinical data on safety and efficacy in this population.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated in children under 18 years of age.

Special Precautions

When using homeopathic medicines, a temporary exacerbation of symptoms may occur. In this case, you should stop using the drug and consult a doctor.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery

The drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving a car and other vehicles, working with moving machinery, work of a dispatcher and operator, etc.).

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been reported following topical application.
