Indications
- Rront Woman is a dietary supplement indicated to supplement the diet of adult women by providing a combination of vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts.
- It is intended for use as an additional source of L-theanine, zinc, iron, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5), iodine, pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), folic acid (Vitamin B9), and biotin (Vitamin B7).
- The product may be used to help support overall well-being and vitality in women, particularly during periods of daily stress or fatigue.
- The included botanical extracts, such as fenugreek, green tea, maca (Lepidium meyenii), grape seed, and damiana (Turnera diffusa), are traditionally used to support energy metabolism and adaptogenic functions.
- It is formulated to help fill nutritional gaps in the diet and support the body’s nutritional needs. This product is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Contraindications
- Individual hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components of the dietary supplement, including the active ingredients or any of the auxiliary substances listed in the composition.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (lactation). The safety of this specific combination of ingredients for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding should consult their healthcare provider before considering the use of this product.
- Patients with pre-existing medical conditions, particularly thyroid disorders (due to the iodine content), hemochromatosis or other iron overload disorders (due to the iron content), Wilson’s disease (due to the zinc content), or any severe renal or hepatic impairment, should avoid use unless specifically recommended by a physician.
- Concomitant use with prescription medications, especially anticoagulants (blood thinners like warfarin), thyroid medications, or medications for diabetes, is a contraindication without prior medical supervision due to the potential for interactions.
- This product is contraindicated in children and adolescents under the age of 18 years, as the formulation and dosage are intended for adult women only.
Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
The recommended dosage for adult women is one tablet per day, taken orally. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water. It is generally advised to take the tablet with a meal to enhance tolerance and absorption.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. The duration of continuous use should not exceed one to two months without consulting a healthcare professional. A break period may be recommended before initiating a new course of supplementation. Long-term continuous use without medical supervision is not advised.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for a forgotten tablet. Consistent daily use as directed is important to achieve the intended dietary supplement benefits.
Adverse Reactions
Rront Woman is generally well-tolerated when taken at the recommended dosage; however, as with any dietary supplement, adverse reactions may occur. The likelihood and severity of these reactions can vary from person to person.
Gastrointestinal disturbances are the most commonly reported type of adverse effect. These may include nausea, epigastric discomfort, abdominal pain, constipation, or diarrhea. These symptoms are often mild and transient, and taking the tablet with food may help to minimize them.
Allergic reactions are possible, though less common. Signs of an allergic reaction may include skin rash, pruritus (itching), urticaria (hives), and in rare cases, more severe reactions such as angioedema. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if any signs of an allergic reaction appear.
Due to the presence of active botanical extracts and high-potency minerals, some individuals may experience other idiosyncratic reactions such as headache, dizziness, or sleep disturbances. The green tea extract contains caffeine; while the amount is small, sensitive individuals may experience nervousness or irritability.
If you experience any adverse reactions that are severe, persistent, or concerning, you should discontinue use of the supplement and consult a healthcare professional for advice. It is important to report any suspected adverse reactions to your pharmacist or doctor.
Drug Interactions
Rront Woman contains several ingredients with the potential to interact with prescription and over-the-counter medications. It is crucial to inform your healthcare provider about all supplements you are taking.
Anticoagulants and Antiplatelet Drugs (e.g., Warfarin, Aspirin, Clopidogrel): The green tea extract (Vitamin K content) and grape seed extract may theoretically affect blood coagulation. This combination could potentially alter the anticoagulant effect, increasing the risk of bleeding or thrombosis. Concurrent use requires close monitoring of INR and other coagulation parameters.
Thyroid Hormones (e.g., Levothyroxine): The significant iodine content (150 mcg, 100% RNP) can affect thyroid function and may interfere with the dosage requirements of thyroid replacement therapy. Patients on thyroid medications should use this product only under medical supervision.
Tetracycline and Fluoroquinolone Antibiotics, Bisphosphonates: The minerals in this formulation, specifically zinc, iron, and calcium, can bind to these medications in the gastrointestinal tract, significantly reducing their absorption. To avoid this interaction, a dosing separation of at least 2 to 4 hours is strongly recommended between taking this supplement and these classes of drugs.
Medications for Diabetes (e.g., Metformin, Insulin): Some ingredients, such as fenugreek, have been reported to have hypoglycemic properties. There is a potential for an additive effect, which could increase the risk of hypoglycemia. Blood glucose levels should be monitored closely if used concomitantly.
Stimulants and CNS-Active Drugs: The L-theanine and the minimal caffeine from green tea extract may interact with other agents affecting the central nervous system. Caution is advised when taking this supplement with other stimulants or sedatives.
Overdose
In the event of an acute overdose, which is characterized by the ingestion of a significantly larger number of tablets than the recommended daily dose, the clinical picture will likely be dominated by the effects of the individual components, particularly the minerals and vitamins.
Symptoms of overdose may include severe gastrointestinal irritation, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, and diarrhea. The iron content poses a specific risk; significant iron overdose can lead to hemosiderosis and in severe cases, acute iron toxicity with metabolic acidosis, hepatic necrosis, and shock, though this would require a very large ingestion. Zinc overdose can cause copper deficiency with prolonged use, leading to neurological symptoms and anemia. Excessive vitamin C intake can cause oxalate nephropathy.
There is no specific antidote for an overdose of this combination product. Management is supportive and symptomatic. Immediate medical attention should be sought. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a healthcare professional or poison control center. Gastric lavage or administration of activated charcoal may be considered if the ingestion is recent. Treatment should focus on maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance and providing supportive care for specific organ systems affected.
To prevent overdose, strictly adhere to the recommended dosage and keep the product out of reach of children. In case of suspected overdose, contact a poison control center or emergency room immediately.
