Composition: soybean oil, capsule shell (gelatin, humectants: glycerin, sorbitol; thickener – sodium alginate), lavender flower oil, CO₂-extract of valerian rhizomes, peppermint leaf oil, CO₂-extract of chamomile flowers, CO₂-extract of hop cones.

Dosage Regimen

Orally.

Adults – 3 capsules per day in the morning or in the evening – immediately before bedtime.

Taking 3 capsules in the evening helps improve sleep quality and provides a prolonged calming effect throughout the following day.

The duration of use is 1 month. If necessary, the use can be continued.
