Cycloferon (Meglumine acridonacetates) tablets

Description pharmacological action:

Indications:

Adults (in the complex therapy):

• herpes infection
• acute intestinal infection
• chronic viral hepatitis B and C
• influenza and acute respiratory diseases
• of infection (serous meningitis, Lyme disease)

• secondary immunodeficiency, associated with chronic bacterial and fungal infections.

In children, combination therapy, since 4 years:

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity

Drug interactions:

In the complex treatment of intestinal infections — 2 table. at the reception on 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 days and then 2 table. 11, 14, 17, 20, 23 days. The course is 20 table.

Neuroinfections — 4 table. to the 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20 and 23 day further in supporting the scheme in table 4. at the reception 1 once in 3 days for 2.5 months. Course — 140 table.

The children aged 4-6 years — 150 mg (1 table.), at the age of 7-11 years — 300-400 mg (2-3 table). over 12 years in the 450-600 mg (3-4 tables). on reception of 1 times a day. A second course is advantageously carried out 2-3 weeks after the end of the first course.
