Pharmacological action

Infusion of the collection:

• Promotes the regulation of metabolic processes;

• Normalizes carbohydrate metabolism.

How to take, course of use and dosage

About 10 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel dish,200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and insisted on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml. The resulting infusion is taken orally for 1/4 cup 3-4 times a day after meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Description

A mixture of crushed Rosehip fruit with whole mountain ash fruits. Pieces of Rosehip fruit from orange-red to reddish-brown, brown in color, covered with stiff bristly hairs on the inside; nuts are small, light yellow, hard, oblong with weakly pronounced edges. Rowan fruit are apple-shaped, without pedicels,2-5-nesting, rounded or oval-rounded, up to 9 mm across, shiny, strongly wrinkled, at the top with a remaining calyx of five inconspicuous closing denticles. The flesh of the fruit is loose, fleshy, covered with a skin on top. In the pulp of the fruit are seed nests that have solid walls fused with the pulp. On a cross-section of the mountain ash fruit, from 2 to 5 seed nests can be seen, each of which can contain 1-2 seeds. The seeds are oblong, slightly crescent-shaped, with sharp tips and a smooth, hard reddish-brown skin. The color of the fruit is reddish-or yellowish-orange, reddish-brown. The smell is faint, peculiar. The taste of water extraction is sour-bitter.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, protected from light. Prepared infusion-in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Keep out of reach of children.
