Pharmacological Action

A multicomponent homeopathic preparation, the action of which is due to the components that make up its composition.

Indications

  • Acute, recurrent, and exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis of mild and moderate severity as monotherapy;
  • As part of complex therapy with antibacterial drugs in severe cases.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Suppositories

Insert into the rectum 1 suppository 3 times a day after performing hygiene procedures for the first 7 days, then for the next 2 weeks – 1 suppository 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 3 weeks.

Granules

For adults, the drug is prescribed for acute or exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis as 7 granules 5 times a day for 2-3 days, then 7 granules 3 times a day until day 14; for acute rhinosinusitis – 7 granules 2 times a day until day 28, for exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis – 7 granules 2 times a day until day 56.

For children from 5 years and older, the drug is prescribed for an acute process or exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis as 5 granules 5-6 times a day for 2-3 days, then at the same dosage until 3-4 weeks 3 times a day for acute and recurrent sinusitis. For exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis – maintenance therapy for up to 2 months.

Take the drug sublingually until completely dissolved 30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal or in between meals.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications

  • Age under 5 years;
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding period;
  • Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated in children under 5 years of age.

Special Precautions

If there is no therapeutic effect within 5-7 days, as well as if side effects not described in the instructions appear, you should consult a doctor.

During the use of the drug, do not abuse alcoholic beverages or coffee. It is not recommended to take preparations containing menthol, camphor, or mint.

Information for patients with diabetes mellitus – intake of the recommended daily dose of the drug in granules corresponds to 0.08 bread units.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms

No effect.

Overdose

Cases of overdose have not been reported to date.

Simultaneous use of other medicines is possible.

Storage Conditions

In a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F). Keep out of reach of children.
