Dosage Form, Packaging, and Composition

Oral drops in the form of a transparent yellowish-brown liquid with a characteristic odor; slight cloudiness or precipitation of a minor sediment may occur during storage.

Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) content: 16.0-19.5% (v/v).

Pharmacological Action

A combined herbal medicinal product. Its pharmacological properties are due to the biologically active substances it contains.

It has secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, moderate antibacterial, and antiviral effects.

It promotes the outflow of exudate from the paranasal sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.

Indications

Acute and chronic sinusitis accompanied by the formation of viscous secretion.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally. Dilute the required dose in a small amount of water immediately before use.

For adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older, administer 50 drops three times daily.

For children aged 10 to 14 years, administer 25 drops three times daily.

For children aged 6 to 9 years, administer 15 drops three times daily.

For children aged 2 to 5 years, administer 10 drops three times daily.

Use is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.

For acute sinusitis, continue treatment for 7 to 14 days.

For chronic sinusitis, treatment duration may be extended; follow medical advice.

Shake the bottle gently before each use to ensure uniform distribution of components.

Use the provided dropper for accurate dosage measurement.

If symptoms persist or worsen after one week of treatment, consult a physician.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions: skin rash, skin redness, itching, angioedema, shortness of breath.

Gastrointestinal system: epigastric pain, nausea.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, alcoholism, children under 2 years of age.

With caution: liver diseases, epilepsy, brain diseases and injuries.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Use during pregnancy is only possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. The drug is not recommended for use during breastfeeding.

Use in Hepatic Impairment

Use with caution in liver diseases.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated for use in children under 2 years of age.

Special Precautions

Should not be taken by patients after successful anti-alcohol treatment.

Effect on ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms

During the use of the drug, caution must be exercised when engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Drug Interactions

Combination with antibacterial drugs is possible and advisable.

Storage Conditions
