Pharmacological Action
It is a combined herbal preparation containing: Clove buds, Elecampane rhizomes with roots, Zingiber officinale rhizomes, Cardamom fruits, Siberian pine nut, Coriander fruits, Cinnamomum cassia bark, Sea buckthorn fruits, Taraxacum officinale roots, Licorice roots.
It has a general tonic, anti-inflammatory, and radioprotective effect.
Indications
- Asthenic conditions and states of general weakness and fatigue.
- Use during the convalescence period following debilitating diseases or surgical procedures to support recovery.
- Management of symptoms associated with intensive physical and mental stress, including overwork and exhaustion.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Administer orally, taking 15 to 30 ml of the tincture one to two times per day.
Always dissolve the required dose in 200 ml of water or tea before ingestion to ensure proper administration and tolerability.
Adhere to a treatment course of 30 days; do not exceed the recommended duration of use without medical supervision.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor for allergic reactions, which may include skin rash, itching, urticaria, or other manifestations of hypersensitivity.
Be aware of the potential for increased blood pressure (hypertension); monitor blood pressure regularly, especially in predisposed individuals.
Drug Interactions
Exercise caution with concomitant use of other stimulants or central nervous system active substances, as additive effects may occur.
Use with care in patients taking antihypertensive medications, as the preparation may counteract their therapeutic effect.
Avoid concurrent use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) due to a theoretical risk of adverse interactions.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of the active or auxiliary substances contained in the preparation, or to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae family.
- Established diagnosis of arterial hypertension, including severe or uncontrolled forms, due to the risk of exacerbation.
- Severe forms of cardiovascular disease, including cardiac arrhythmias, ischemic heart disease, and severe atherosclerosis.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of sufficient safety data for use during these periods.
Overdose
Symptoms of overdose may include a significant rise in blood pressure, tachycardia, agitation, headache, dizziness, and insomnia.
In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and initiate symptomatic and supportive treatment; there is no specific antidote.
Seek immediate medical attention for severe symptoms, particularly pronounced hypertension or cardiac arrhythmias, and provide gastric lavage if ingestion was recent.
Storage Conditions
Store at 8°C (46°F) to 15°C (59°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
