Properties

A biologically active dietary food supplement for maintaining and managing body weight, which contains Glucomannan in combination with chromium.

Glucomannan (a natural water-soluble dietary fiber) is a plant polysaccharide obtained from konjac gum (konjac plant root).

• Supports healthy cholesterol and glucose levels in the body;
• Promotes weight loss by regulating calorie intake;
• Beneficially affects digestion – it increases multiple times in volume and reduces appetite by filling the stomach.

Glucomannan

When in contact with water, glucomannan particles swell and take up space in the stomach, so it is necessary to use it with plenty of water. Glucomannan creates a feeling of satiety (without flatulence and the formation of unwanted gases in the digestive system), which leads to reduced food intake.

Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of an energy-restricted diet. At least 3 g of glucomannan should be consumed daily in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water before meals, as part of an energy-restricted diet. In addition, Glucomannan helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan).

Glucomannan has a probiotic effect, promotes the restoration of normal bacterial intestinal flora, supports the full function of the intestine and the functioning of the digestive system as a whole.

Glucomannan supports an adequate ratio of glucose and insulin in the blood and helps reduce the glycemic index of food.

Chromium Picolinate

It is a biologically active form of chromium, a trace element that is involved in glucose utilization, increases the sensitivity of cell receptors to insulin, which in turn contributes to the effective reduction of blood sugar levels and reduces cravings for sweets. It helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and normal metabolism of macronutrients, regulates the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates, and helps reduce body weight.

It has a pronounced hypolipidemic effect – it helps reduce the cholesterol content in the blood and prevents the development of atherosclerosis.

Dosage Regimen

Orally, 30 min before meals, with 1-2 glasses of water.

Take 2 capsules 3 times/day.

It is not recommended to exceed the daily dose – 6 capsules per day.

The duration of use is 15-30 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
