Indications

This preparation is indicated for use in the following clinical scenario:

  • As part of complex therapy for chronic purulent rhinitis (runny nose).

It is intended as an adjunctive treatment and not as a monotherapy for this condition. Always use under medical supervision.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. Apply the preparation intranasally according to the specific pharmaceutical form. Adhere strictly to the recommended frequency and duration of treatment.

For the ointment, insert turundas impregnated with the preparation into each nostril for 5-10 minutes, repeating this procedure 2-3 times per day. The standard treatment course is 7 to 14 days.

For the oil, shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. Instill 3 to 5 drops into each nostril, 3 to 4 times daily. The typical treatment course is 7 to 14 days.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for signs of hypersensitivity during therapy. Allergic reactions are possible, which may include localized skin irritation, redness, or pruritus at the application site.

Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if any adverse reactions occur. The risk of other systemic reactions is considered low due to the topical route of administration.
