Pharmacological Action

A herbal antipyretic agent. The complex of biologically active substances of linden flowers (essential oils, saponins, flavonoids) has diaphoretic properties, which leads to a decrease in body temperature.

Increased sweating is due to the dilation of superficial skin vessels, some increase in heart contractions, and enhanced function of the sweat glands.

It increases diuresis, enhances the secretion of gastric juice, increases bile formation, and has a mild sedative effect.

When applied topically, it has an astringent, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial effect.

Indications

For oral administration: cold diseases.

For topical application: inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Herbal raw material

Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamelware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and infuse for 15 minutes, pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze the filter bags.

The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take orally hot 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 16 years – 1-2 glasses; children from 13 to 16 years – 1 glass; children from 7 to 13 years – 1/2 glass; children from 3 to 7 years – 1/3 glass, children under 3 years – 1-2 tablespoons.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or child. It is necessary to consult a doctor.

Pediatric Use

Should be used with caution in children.

Special Precautions

If there is no effect (decrease in body temperature) while taking the agent for colds within 24-48 hours, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Storage Conditions

Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
