Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer the tincture orally, 30-40 minutes before meals.

Dilute 15-25 drops in a small amount of water.

Take the solution 2-3 times daily.

Adhere to a total treatment course of 30-40 days.

For subsequent courses, a mandatory consultation with a physician is required to assess necessity.

Avoid administration in the afternoon or evening to prevent sleep disturbances.

Observe for therapeutic effects and potential adverse reactions, such as tachycardia, hypertension, or nervousness.

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe adverse reactions occur.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Store the bottle tightly closed in its original packaging, protected from light, at 15-25°C (59-77°F).

Adverse Reactions

From the cardiovascular system tachycardia, increased blood pressure, nosebleed.

From the central nervous system sleep disturbance, headache, nervousness, agitation.

Special Precautions

To avoid sleep disturbances, it is not recommended to take ginseng preparations in the afternoon.

Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases, and with diabetes mellitus.

Ginseng has a pronounced seasonality of action: use in autumn and winter is most effective.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms

During the treatment period, patients should exercise caution when driving vehicles and engaging in other activities that require high concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Drug Interactions

Use with caution in patients receiving antidiabetic agents (enhancement of the effect of hypoglycemic drugs).

Use with caution simultaneously with MAO inhibitors.

With simultaneous use with “loop” diuretics, the risk of developing resistance to them increases.

With simultaneous use, Ginseng enhances the effect of psychostimulants and analeptics (including caffeine, camphor).

It exhibits antagonism when interacting with drugs that depress the central nervous system (including barbiturates, tranquilizers, antiepileptic drugs). Enhances the effect of warfarin.

Storage Conditions

Store at 15°C (59°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
