Composition: dicalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, potassium hydrogen phosphate, copper sulfate, iron sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, vitamin A, D3, K1, vitamin blend: (vitamin C, niacin, E, pantothenic acid, B6, B2, B1, folic acid, biotin, B12), vitamin C, red beet juice, lycopene, lutein.

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins A, E, D, C, B group, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, containing lycopene and lutein.

  • Use as an additional source of vitamins A, E, D, C, and B group.

  • Use to supplement the diet with the carotenoids lycopene and lutein.

Intended for use in conditions of increased need for micronutrients or insufficient dietary intake. This is a dietary supplement, not a medicinal product for the treatment or prevention of diseases.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Take one effervescent tablet daily. Dissolve the tablet completely in 100-200 ml (1/2 – 1 glass) of water before ingestion. Administer with a meal to enhance tolerance and absorption.

The recommended duration of continuous use is one month. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are uncommon but may occur. Allergic reactions, including skin rash, itching, and urticaria, are possible in individuals with hypersensitivity to any component.

Gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea or abdominal pain, may be observed. Discoloration of feces is harmless and is associated with the presence of iron and other minerals. Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions occur.

Drug Interactions

Concurrent administration with other vitamin-mineral complexes may lead to excessive intake and increase the risk of adverse effects. Maintain an interval of at least 2 hours between taking this supplement and medications containing tetracyclines or fluoroquinolones, as minerals can impair their absorption.

Calcium and magnesium may reduce the absorption of levothyroxine and bisphosphonates. Separate intake by at least 4 hours. Consult a physician if you are taking any prescription medications.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to any component of the dietary supplement.
  • Pregnancy at any trimester.
  • Breastfeeding period.
  • Phenylketonuria.

Do not use in children. A consultation with a physician is strongly recommended prior to use, especially in the presence of any chronic medical conditions.

Overdose

Symptoms of acute overdose may include severe gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Chronic excessive intake can lead to the accumulation of fat-soluble vitamins and certain minerals, resulting in hypervitaminosis or mineral toxicity.

In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Provide the medical professional with the product packaging.
