Important Note: This product is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The indications are based on the general physiological role of Coenzyme Q10 in the human body.
Contraindications
- Individual hypersensitivity to coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) or any of the auxiliary components of the dietary supplement (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid).

Consult your physician before starting use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking other medications.
Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
The recommended dosage for adults is one capsule (100 mg) per day, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare provider.
The capsule should be taken with a meal, swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of water. Do not chew the capsule. Adherence to the recommended dosage is crucial; do not exceed the stated dose.
The duration of use should be determined in consultation with a doctor. Continuous long-term use should be supervised by a healthcare professional.
Adverse Reactions
Coenzyme Q10 is generally well tolerated. However, in some cases, especially at the beginning of use or at higher doses, mild and transient adverse reactions may occur.
These may include gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, epigastric pain, diarrhea, or loss of appetite. Allergic reactions, including skin rash, itching, or urticaria, are also possible, though rare.
Other rarely reported effects include headache, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, or photosensitivity. If any adverse reactions persist or worsen, or if you experience any other undesirable effects, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Drug Interactions
Coenzyme Q10 may interact with certain medications. It is essential to inform your doctor about all the products you are taking.
Warfarin and other vitamin K antagonists: There is evidence that Coenzyme Q10 can decrease the anticoagulant effect of warfarin, potentially increasing the risk of thrombosis. Close monitoring of INR is required if used concomitantly.
Antihypertensive drugs: Coenzyme Q10 may have an additive blood pressure-lowering effect when taken with medications for hypertension (e.g., beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors). Blood pressure should be monitored regularly.
Chemotherapeutic agents (e.g., Doxorubicin): Some studies suggest Coenzyme Q10 might help protect the heart from the cardiotoxic effects of certain chemotherapy drugs, but this use must be strictly supervised by an oncologist.
Potential interactions with other drugs cannot be ruled out. Always seek professional medical advice before combining this supplement with any prescription medications.
Overdose
Information on acute overdose with Coenzyme Q10 is limited. Given its role in the body, significant toxicity is not expected from a single high dose, but exceeding the recommended daily intake may increase the risk and severity of the mentioned adverse reactions.
Symptoms of overdose may include severe gastrointestinal upset (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), marked lethargy, or headache.
In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Treatment is expected to be supportive and symptomatic. Provide the medical professional with the product packaging.
