Close monitoring of bleeding time and INR (International Normalized Ratio) is recommended.

Antihypertensive Drugs: Omega-3 fatty acids may have a mild blood pressure-lowering effect. When used concurrently with antihypertensive medications, this could lead to an additive effect, potentially resulting in hypotension. Blood pressure should be monitored regularly.

Orlistat and other weight-loss medications that inhibit fat absorption may reduce the bioavailability and efficacy of the fatty acids in this supplement. A separation of dosing times by at least 2-3 hours is advisable.

Overdose
