Recommended as a dietary supplement for women – a source of carotenoids, an additional source of vitamins (C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, PP, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin) and minerals (zinc, iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, chromium, selenium).

Indications

• Use as a dietary supplement to provide carotenoids and serve as an additional source of essential vitamins and minerals for women.
• Employ to address or prevent deficiencies of vitamins C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, PP, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, and minerals zinc, iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, chromium, and selenium.
• Utilize for nutritional support in conditions of increased requirement or insufficient dietary intake of the contained micronutrients.

Dosage Regimen

Take one capsule daily with a meal to enhance absorption and minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

Adhere to a continuous intake period of one month; if continued use is desired, consult a healthcare professional for evaluation and advice.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, as this can lead to adverse effects from excessive intake of certain vitamins and minerals.

Adverse Reactions

Drug Interactions

The iron content may reduce the absorption of tetracycline and fluoroquinolone antibiotics, levodopa, levothyroxine, and bisphosphonates; administer this product at least two hours before or four hours after these medications.

Mineral oil and weight loss medications like orlistat can impair the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K); avoid concurrent use or separate administration times significantly.

Consult a healthcare provider before concomitant use with prescription medications, especially anticoagulants, antacids, or other vitamin and mineral supplements, to prevent therapeutic interference.

Contraindications

• Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity or idiosyncratic reaction to any ingredient contained within the formulation, including active components and excipients.

Overdose
