Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals to enhance absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and minerals and to minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

Adhere strictly to the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules; do not exceed this dosage. The standard course of supplementation is 1 month, after which a break is recommended before considering a repeat course.

Consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice on long-term use. This product is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are uncommon but may occur, primarily in individuals with sensitivity to the ingredients. Monitor for gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, bloating, or constipation, which are often associated with calcium carbonate supplementation.

Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if signs of an allergic reaction appear, including rash, itching, or swelling. Due to the presence of phytoestrogens and ginseng, monitor for any hormonal effects or symptoms of overstimulation, such as sleep disturbances or palpitations.

Report any persistent or severe adverse effects to a healthcare provider.

Drug Interactions with Medications and Other Supplements

Exercise caution with concurrent use of prescription medications. The calcium content may decrease the absorption of tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates, levothyroxine, and iron supplements; administer these medications at least 2 hours apart from this supplement.

Vitamin D can potentiate the effects of calcium-channel blockers and may increase the risk of hypercalcemia when taken with thiazide diuretics. Phytoestrogens may interact with hormone replacement therapy or hormonal contraceptives.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are taking any medications, especially cardiac, hormonal, or bone-related drugs.

Contraindications for Use in Specific Patient Populations and Conditions

Do not use this product under the following conditions or in the specified populations due to potential health risks.

  • Contraindicated in individuals with a known hypersensitivity or individual intolerance to any component of the formulation, including soy-derived ingredients.
  • Contraindicated in patients with arterial hypertension of I-II degree due to potential effects on blood pressure.
  • Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation; the effects of concentrated phytoestrogens and other bioactive compounds on fetal and infant development are not established.

Overdose Management and Symptoms of Excessive Intake

Symptoms of overdose are primarily related to the individual components. Excessive calcium intake may lead to hypercalcemia, manifesting as nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, lethargy, and polyuria. Chronic overdose can result in kidney stones and vascular calcification.

Excessive vitamin D intake can exacerbate hypercalcemia. High doses of boron can cause gastrointestinal distress, skin inflammation, and tremors. In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and initiate supportive care.
