Dosage Regimen

Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals to enhance absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and minerals and to minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

Adhere strictly to the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules; do not exceed this dosage. The standard course of supplementation is 1 month, after which a break is recommended before considering a repeat course.

Adverse Reactions
