Properties

The natural multifunctional next-generation pectin Zosterin-Ultra acts on the body simultaneously as an enterosorbent, hemosorbent, and immunomodulator.

It is produced from the seagrass Zostera marina using a special technology that does not include chemical components.

Zosterin-Ultra Action

• Prevents exacerbation of peptic ulcer disease and promotes healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers, improves digestion, promotes normalization of body weight;
• Promotes restoration of pancreatic function in acute and chronic pancreatitis;
• Reduces blood cholesterol levels;
• Improves metabolism in the body and is used as an additional agent in the treatment of diabetes mellitus;
• Slows the growth of cancer cells; during chemotherapy and radiation therapy, it is used as a powerful detoxifying agent;
• In hepatitis, it is used to accelerate liver recovery;
• Effective in the treatment of allergies of various origins;

Digestive organ diseases (including peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, biliary dyskinesia, intestinal dysbiosis)

As part of complex therapy with other drugs, Zosterin-Ultra-30% is used 2 times/day, 1 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal. The course of treatment is 10 days.

When conducting monotherapy (except for dysbiosis, biliary dyskinesia), Zosterin-Ultra-30% is taken in the morning at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal. The course of treatment is 20 days. After that, a break of 5 days is taken, then Zosterin-Ultra-60% is taken 2 times/day, 0.5 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days.

Recommended doses for children aged 3 to 12 years: Zosterin-Ultra-30% 0.5 g, Zosterin-Ultra-60% 0.25 g.

When treating gastrointestinal diseases, an appropriate diet must be followed.

Food allergy

It is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-30% 2 times/day, 1 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days; then Zosterin-Ultra-60% is prescribed 2 times/day, 0.5 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 5 days.

Recommended doses for children aged 3 to 12 years: Zosterin-Ultra-30% 0.5 g, Zosterin-Ultra-60% 0.25 g.

The preparation is especially effective in the treatment of childhood food diathesis.

Allergic diseases (non-food related)

It is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 2 times/day, 0.5 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days.

Infectious diseases (chronic viral and protozoal infections, acute viral hepatitis, tuberculosis)

It is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 2 times/day, 0.5 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days. After 1 month, the course is repeated. The number of courses is 6 times per year.

Oncological diseases, prevention of complications during radiation and chemotherapy

During radiation therapy and chemotherapy, Zosterin-Ultra is recommended as a powerful detoxifying agent. The preparation relieves complications caused by these procedures. Zosterin-Ultra-60% should be taken 2 times/day, 0.5 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 5 days before each course of therapy and after each course of therapy.

Recommended doses for children aged 3 to 12 years: Zosterin-Ultra-60% 0.25 g.

Poisoning, including alcohol and drug poisoning

It is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 2 times/day, 1 g, with a 6-hour break for 5 days. In severe poisoning – 2 times/day, 2 g with a 6-hour break for 5 days.

For the purpose of reducing cholesterol levels and normalizing blood glucose concentration

It is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 2 times/day, 1 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days. Then a break of 2 months should be taken and the course repeated. The number of courses is 6 times per year.

For the purpose of removing heavy metals and their compounds, including mercury, lead, manganese, chromium

In case of single incorporation, it is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 2 times/day, 1 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days.

In case of long-term incorporation with deposition in depots (bone tissue), typically in people who have been associated with harmful working conditions, it is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra 60% 2 times/day, 1 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days. After 2 months, the course is repeated. The number of courses is 6 times per year.

For the prevention of occupational diseases, especially in people associated with welding and galvanic work, with work involving contact with chemicals, any heavy and polyvalent metals, radionuclides, it is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 1 time/day, 0.5 g, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days. Such courses are conducted monthly.

Prevention of gastrointestinal diseases in children and adults.

As a powerful prophylactic agent

It is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-30% 2 times/day, 1 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days. After that, a break of 3 months is taken and then the intake is repeated. Prophylactic courses of intake are conducted 3-4 times a year.

For the purpose of accelerating recovery and preventing colds and influenza

During the period of increased risk of diseases, it is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 1 time/day, 0.5 g, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 5 days.

During treatment, it is recommended to take Zosterin-Ultra-60% 2 times/day, 0.5 g, in the morning – at least 30 min before meals, in the evening – 2 hours after the last meal, for 10 days.

Method of Administration

For adults, pour the contents of the sachet (sachets) into a clean glass, add 100-200 ml of hot water, stir, drink after 3-5 minutes.

For children aged 3 to 12 years, pour the contents of the sachet into a clean glass, add 50 ml of hot water, stir, drink after 3-5 minutes.
